Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges within 3 days of delivery if:

  • The product is damaged or defective
  • Wrong product was delivered
  • Product does not match the description on our website

Exchange Conditions:

  • Product must be unused and unwashed
  • Original tags must be intact
  • Product must be in original packaging
  • Exchange request must be made within 3 days of delivery

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed in the following cases:

  • Product is out of stock after order placement
  • Wrong product was delivered and exchange is not possible
  • Product is severely damaged upon delivery

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refund will be made via bKash, Nagad, or Bank Transfer
  • Original delivery charge is non-refundable

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Customized or altered products
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling
