We accept exchanges within 3 days of delivery if:

- Exchange request must be made within 3 days of delivery
Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed in the following cases:

- Wrong product was delivered and exchange is not possible
- Product is severely damaged upon delivery
Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refund will be made via bKash, Nagad, or Bank Transfer
- Original delivery charge is non-refundable
